One of S&T Real Estate’s marquee project “The Waterfront”, is a contemporary mixed-used development project at the centre of Muscat, Oman.

The Waterfront project is a premium development serving the requirements of retail, leisure and commercial office users. The site location is one of the best addresses in Oman, and the preferred area for commercial space in the region. It includes business and corporate headquarters space on the upper three levels and retail and restaurants on the ground and first floor levels. The project is developed over five storeys, with three basement levels of integrated car parking.

S&T Interiors and Contracting is the main contractor of the project. This turnkey construction project with a LEED gold pre-certification redefines construction standards in the industry. It is a mixed-used commercial shell and core retail office and spa development with basement car parking, ancillary areas and external landscape areas. Facing the Muscat seafront, the 5,000 sq. m. plot of the Waterfront oversees the expansive view of Gulf of Oman.
