
Waqas Al Adawi, Vice Chairman, S&T Group wins GCC ‘Male Leader of the Year’ MEED Award 2018

Waqas Al Adawi, Vice Chairman of S&T Interiors and Contracting (an S&T Group company) was the proud recipient of the GCC ‘Male Leader of the Year’ MEED Award 2018.
More than 350 business leaders, representing 99 finalist organisations and individuals were in attendance at the ceremony, who were shortlisted from a pool of over 200 nominees by an independent panel of judges. The winners for the 18 categories were presented with their awards at the Ritz Carlton DIFC, Dubai.
Waqas strategically reoriented S&T’s business operations with a global focus and local impact. Being a bold leader taking futuristic strides, stepping out of comfort zones and, daring to take risks, Waqas has helped build S&T beyond Oman into a global multi-national company with operations across 10 countries.
