S&T Interiors & Contracting was an associate partner of the 5th Annual Hotel Build India Forum 2017 organised by I T P Publishing on May 18th, 2017, at The Westin, Gurugram.

The Hotel Build India Forum 2017 brought together leading hospitality industry professionals including CEOs, architects, PMCs, consultants, contracting specialists, and consultants to discuss and deliberate on latest solutions, efficient processes, bottlenecks and how to over it, emerging technology & management practices and the need for adopting sustainable solutions.

Ms. Arundhati Seigell, Head Corporate Communications at S&T Interiors and Contracting elaborated on the company’s goals and achievements to the audiences in her partner presentation. She emphasised on the turnkey expertise that S&T brings to the Indian market and how the company’s global experience of executing over 150 iconic luxury hotel projects globally is a testament of their quality, reputation, customer understanding and relationship building. She showcased the wide range of projects under taken worldwide including The Langham, London; Dubai International Airport, Business Lounge Concourse 3A; Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, Oman; Al Alila Jabal Akhdar, Oman; LaLit London; Qasar Al Sarab, Abu Dhabi; Kempinski Hotel, Dubai; Ritz Carlton Bahrain, to name a few.

The sessions during the day covered topics ranging from special address on ‘Luxury without compromising Sustainability’ by ITC Hotels; Effective Networking to aid rapid, cost-effective and sustainable project development; Service is equally important as Design; process-driven systems; role of engineers and importance of micro-detailing; new design trends that enhance service quality; growth by synergy and evolution of disruption in the industry.
